In existence for many decades, the ARRL Technical Coordinator Program, under the auspices of the ARRL Lab, brings a support network to the amateur radio community that significantly benefits the hobby. Each ARRL Section Manager appoints a Technical Coordinator who then recruits Technical Specialists who work with local radio amateurs as well as clubs to answer questions and help solve hobby-related problems.
