In nine days, the W1 QSL Bureau will have a booth at the Marlborough HamXposition. At our booth you can fund your Incoming QSL Bureau account (first call area calls) and get answers to questions about the QSL Bureau operations. Our hours will be Friday 12N to 5 PM, Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM and Sunday 9AM to 11 AM.
We will be accepting outgoing Bureau cards to save you the postage of shipping them to the League. See the ARRL Outgoing Bureau web –

Be sure to have your payment and the form filled out as per the instructions on the ARRL web.
Also at the booth will be the DXCC card checkers. The checkers can also do other awards like WAS and VUCC. It is important that you complete the application process on the web including the fee payment ahead of time. The first couple hours on Saturday are always very busy and most of the applications arrive then. The availability of card checkers is limited so if you can wait to pick up your cards until later in the afternoon or until Sunday let us know when you drop off the cards. We will also be open Friday afternoon which is new this year. There will be a form available for you to authorize someone else to pick up your cards for you if you need to do that.
